Who we are
W.A.R.J. is a Las Vegas, NV volunteer community organization focused on educating and organizing white folx to effectively take action for racial justice. We welcome everyone who believes in the importance of multiracial movements that hold white people accountable.
Vision
We envision a society where we struggle together with love; for justice, human dignity, and a sustainable world.
Mission
W.A.R.J. organizes white people to act for racial justice with sustained engagement and accountability, to build a powerful multi-racial majority to challenge racism in all its forms. We do this by educating white people about white supremacy and privilege and honoring and learning from the long history of People of Color and white folks who have been unrelenting in their struggles for racial justice. We put this into action through political education, direct action, self-reflection, community-building, and by following the example and leadership of Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) partners.
